Male Clock delta 19/delta 19 mice were accommodated in normal 12:12 LD condition for one week. Hearts were collected every 4 hours over 24 h starting at 1 h before lights on (ZT23) (ZT23, ZT03, ZT07, ZT11, ZT15, ZT19). The microarray approach allows the investigation of daily transcriptome-wide gene expression changes in hearts over 24 hours. There are a total of 24 samples, 4 per each time point.
