Genome assembly of maize inbred lines D132 and Yu82. Zea mays

Genome assembly of two maize inbred lines (D132 and Yu82) with contrast plant architecture. D132 is a maize inbred line with an expanded plant architecture, bred from the Lancaster heterotic group. A total of 47.9 Gb of PacBio HiFi sequencing data (3 million reads; mean length: 15,799 bp) were generated for D132. Yu82 is a maize inbred line with a compact plant architecture developed from the Reid heterotic group. A total of 135.4 Gb of PacBio Sequel II sequencing data (10 million reads; mean length: 13,087 bp) were generated for Yu82.本数据集涵盖两个株型差异显著的玉米自交系（D132与Yu82）的基因组组装数据。其中D132为源自兰卡斯特杂种优势群的舒展型株型玉米自交系，为其生成了总计47.9 Gb的PacBio HiFi测序数据，包含300万条读段（reads），平均长度达15799 bp。Yu82则是源自瑞德杂种优势群的紧凑型株型玉米自交系，为其生成了总计135.4 Gb的PacBio Sequel II测序数据，包含1000万条读段（reads），平均长度达13087 bp。
