Data of the complete sequence of chloroplast genome of the Dendrobium chrysotoxum

Among the many available reports on the
chloroplast genomes of Dendrobium species, there are few reports on D.
chrysotoxum. Therefore, this data reports for the first time the complete
sequence of the chloroplast genome of D. chrysotoxum.

在已发表的石斛属（Dendrobium）植物叶绿体基因组相关研究中，针对鼓槌石斛（Dendrobium chrysotoxum，原文缩写为D. chrysotoxum）的报道较为匮乏。为此，本数据集首次报道了鼓槌石斛的完整叶绿体基因组序列。
