New Zealand Coelopid size variation and mating success

These data include body size measurements of two New Zealand Coelopid fly species used for allometry analyses and records of mating behaviour for one of these species (Chaetocoelopa littoralis) from lab-based mating trials. Both files contain read me tabs with detailed descriptions of the data.<br>Mating trials involved 10 randomly selected and individually marked individuals of each sex being placed in a mesh cage and observed over a period of one hour. <br><br>
