To investigate the effect of ellagic acid on osteoblast differentiation in mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, we performed transcriptome analysis,foreseeing a molecular mechanism of ellagic acid-mediated osteoblast differentiation in mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Overall design: EA group received 10 µM Ellagic Acidtreatment and control group received the same dose of DMSO treatment.Total RNA was extracted after 48 hours of treatment, then sequenced on NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina) by Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Cp. Ltd.
为探究鞣花酸(ellagic acid)对小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的影响,本研究开展转录组学分析,以期阐明鞣花酸介导小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的分子机制。实验整体设计如下:EA组给予10 μM鞣花酸处理,对照组给予同等剂量的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理。处理48小时后提取总RNA,随后由上海派森诺生物科技股份有限公司(Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Cp. Ltd.)在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上完成测序。
