RNA-seq of isogenic NPC1 mutant iPSC-derived microglia like cells

本数据集为表达谱数据，用于对比I1061T突变型NPC1基因与抗CD22治疗在经NPC患者脑脊液（cerebrospinal fluid, CSF）处理的诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell, iPSC）衍生的小胶质细胞样细胞中的作用效果。具体实验流程为：将野生型（WT）或I1061T突变型iPSC衍生的小胶质细胞样细胞，使用NPC患者脑脊液与同型对照抗体或抗CD22抗体处理24小时，随后进行批量RNA提取。
