Wedge biopsies of cortex were taken before and after NMP and stored in RNA later.

本数据集为针对4份废弃人类肾脏皮质活检样本的纳米串（Nanostring）nCounter 器官移植检测面板（Organ Transplant Panel）数据，用于分析常温灌注1小时后的差异表达基因。
实验设计概要：人类肾脏经一段时期的静态冷保存后，接受1小时的常温机器灌注（Normothermic Machine Perfusion，NMP）。分别在常温机器灌注前后获取皮质楔形活检样本，并将样本保存于RNA保存液（RNA later）中。
