Viromes associated with the host systems LVF1, LVF2 and LVF3

The dsDNA, dsRNA, ssDNA, and ssRNA viromes of the bacterial host systems Brevundimonas pondensis LVF1, Brevundimonas goettingensis LVF2, and Serratia marcescens LVF3 were examined to provide a better understanding of the viral diversity associated with these bacterial strains.
