An Institutional Ethnographic Study of Anti-Drug Social Work

This study employed institutional ethnography to interview 13 front-line social workers and relevant personnel involved in a drug control social work project. It sorted out the operation process of the project from case allocation, service implementation to performance evaluation, revealing the daily labor of social workers in high-density paperwork and online reporting, and presenting the contradictions and responses between their assistance in grassroots control and the persistence of professional helping values.

本研究采用制度民族志（institutional ethnography）方法，对某禁毒社会工作项目中的13名一线社会工作者及相关人员进行访谈。研究梳理了该项目从个案分派、服务实施至绩效评估的运作流程，揭示了社会工作者日常在高密度文书工作与线上报备中开展的劳动实况，并呈现了其在基层管控帮扶工作与恪守专业助人价值观之间存在的矛盾及应对策略。
