We collected swallowing sounds from 30 healthy subjects ranging in age from 19-60 years old and self-reporting no history of swallowing disorders. Each participant swallowed liquids and foods regarding different consistency or texture with their head-trunk in neutral position.
本数据集采集了30名年龄介于19至60岁、自述无吞咽障碍（swallowing disorders）病史的健康受试者的吞咽声。每位受试者在头躯干保持中立位的状态下，吞咽了不同稠度与质地的液体及食物。
