In order to efficiently improve the management of Camellia oleifera production, improve the current situation of C. oleifera low-yield forestland and promote the sustainable management of C. oleifera forestland. We collected C. oleifera rhizosphere soil and revealed the structural characteristics of microbial in C. oleifera rhizosphere soil by high-throughput sequencing.
为高效提升油茶(Camellia oleifera)的生产管理水平,改善油茶低产林地的现状,推动油茶林地的可持续经营,本研究采集了油茶根际土壤,并通过高通量测序技术解析了该根际土壤中微生物的群落结构特征。
