scRNA-seq of 4T1 tumors inhibited for Hedgehog signaling

We performed scRNA-seq analysis of tumors from Balb/c mice bearing mammary tumors (4T1 tumors), that were treated with Vismodegib or DMSO as vehicle control. The goal of the experiment was to determine the impact of Hh blockade on individual immune cell populations of the complex tumor microenvironment of mammary tumors.

本研究对携带4T1乳腺肿瘤的BALB/c小鼠的肿瘤组织开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）分析，受试小鼠分别接受维莫德吉（Vismodegib）治疗，或以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）作为载体对照。本实验的研究目的为探究Hedgehog（Hh）信号通路阻断对乳腺肿瘤复杂肿瘤微环境中各免疫细胞群的影响。
