Purpose:Our data significantly advance understanding of Probiotics and Fructooligosaccharide regulatory mechanism in ileum of Taiping chicken Methods: Using RNA-seq analysis to study the gene expression in ileum tissue after Taiping chicken was given Probiotics and Fructooligosaccharide Results: A total of 164,629,826 and 149,883,266 raw reads were generated from the CT and MP_ FOS, respectively . After removing the interference data, about 164,028,872 and 149,364,852 clean reads were obtained Conclusions: through high-throughput sequencing of the six libraries from ileum of Taiping chicken, the expression level of mRNA has significant changes after given probiotics Control group (CT), birds were fed a corn-soybean basal diet , Probiotics and Fructooligosaccharide group (MP_ FOS), birds were given a basal diet supplemented with 2 mL of probiotics per litre of water and 1 mL of Fructooligosaccharide per litre of water
研究目的:本数据集可显著推动学界对太平鸡回肠内益生菌(Probiotics)与低聚果糖(Fructooligosaccharide)调控机制的认知。
研究方法:采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,分析受试太平鸡灌服益生菌与低聚果糖后其回肠组织的基因表达水平。实验分为两组:对照组(CT)饲喂玉米-大豆基础日粮;益生菌低聚果糖组(MP_FOS)则在基础日粮配套的饮水中添加每升水含2 mL益生菌与1 mL低聚果糖的制剂。
研究结果:对照组(CT)与益生菌低聚果糖组(MP_FOS)分别产出总计164,629,826条与149,883,266条原始读段(raw reads)。经干扰数据过滤后,两组分别获得约164,028,872条与149,364,852条洁净读段(clean reads)。
研究结论:通过对太平鸡回肠组织的6个测序文库开展高通量测序,结果显示相较于对照组,受试鸡灌服益生菌与低聚果糖后,其肠道内mRNA的表达水平发生显著变化。
