Murray Cod Larval Database Murrumbidgee 2011-2013

Data on larval sampling, otolith microchemistry, water biogeochem, other abiotic factors in the Murrumbidgee River in 2011-2013. This provides the spatio-temporal data to accompany the associated SNP data for individual larvae (https://figshare.com/s/3198588f10133d9737d6).<br>This data allowed identification of hybridisation between Murray cod and Trout cod. (https://peerj.com/articles/2593/) The snp data also allowed identification of a mating strategy (pair-bonding) in Murray cod.
