本数据集是基于顺祥公司强化日用瓷产业吸水率检测业务形成,涵盖强化日用瓷测量前烘干后第一次恒重、第二次恒重、吸水后重量等关键数据,构建了简练化、精细化的数据处理分析模型,自动化算法从大量原始检测数据,得出制品吸水率,制品吸水率平均值,批次吸水率平均值等关键数据,并最后根据材料情况比对国家标准要求,如细瓷产品吸水率为0.5%以下可给与合格,得出材料合格判定结果。通过对不同批次的日用瓷土做检测,促进企业对陶土品质、配方、烧制工艺等进一步优化,做成质地更好的产品,也促进企业做出销量更好的产品,促进潮州市陶瓷行业发展;借此也能根据国标,有利于促进潮州市陶瓷产业形成独有的陶瓷体系标准,打造潮州市更好的陶瓷口碑;

This dataset is developed based on the water absorption rate detection operations for reinforced daily-use ceramics under Shunxiang Company. It covers key data including the first and second constant weight measurements after drying prior to testing, and the post-water-absorption weight of reinforced daily-use ceramics. A streamlined and refined data processing and analysis model has been constructed, where an automated algorithm extracts core metrics including individual product water absorption rate, average product water absorption rate, and average batch water absorption rate from a large volume of raw detection data. Finally, it compares with national standard requirements based on material properties. For example, fine ceramic products with a water absorption rate below 0.5% are deemed qualified, and the material qualification judgment result is generated. By testing different batches of daily-use ceramic clay, this dataset helps enterprises further optimize clay quality, formulation, firing technology and other aspects to produce higher-quality products with better market sales, thereby promoting the development of Chaozhou's ceramic industry. Additionally, it facilitates the establishment of a unique ceramic system standard for Chaozhou's ceramic industry in accordance with national standards, and helps build a better reputation for Chaozhou's ceramic products.
