Molecular profiles for GTL16 cell lines. Homo sapiens

Gene expression and copy number variation arrays for parental GTL16 and GTL16 clones resistant to c-Met inhibitor. Overall design: Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 and SNP 6.0 chips were used to assess gene expression and copy number variation, respectively, of GTL16 and resistant GTL16 clones.

针对亲本GTL16细胞株以及对c-Met抑制剂产生耐药性的GTL16克隆的基因表达（gene expression）与拷贝数变异（copy number variation）芯片数据集。实验整体设计：分别采用Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0芯片检测基因表达水平，采用SNP 6.0芯片检测拷贝数变异情况，研究样本为GTL16亲本株及其耐药克隆。
