This dataset documents the status of insecticide target gene resistance mutations in minor crop pests across China from 2019 to 2023. It includes the Chinese common names, Latin scientific names, provinces, regions, longitudes, latitudes, collection years, collection months, host plants, sample sizes, target genes, mutation sites, homozygous susceptible (%), heterozygous (%), homozygous resistant (%), amplicon results (%), detection times and detection methods of the collected samples.
