An oligochaete species in an activated sludge reactor at Ritsumeikan U. Monopylephorus rubroniveus

For identifying this oligochaete which was isolated from a lab-scale activated sludge reactor at Ritsumeikan University and cultivated on agar plates since 2020, a partial sequence of the COI gene was determined.为鉴定该分离自立命馆大学（Ritsumeikan University）实验室规模活性污泥反应器、并自2020年起在琼脂平板上培养的寡毛类（oligochaete），研究人员测定了其细胞色素氧化酶亚基I基因（COI gene）的部分序列。
