This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2019 Seasonal Study Q3' cruise (2019706). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station P7 (NLEG25) taken on 2019-08-21T03:43:00Z at 81.9262°N and 29.1396°E.
