Genetic variants (Strelka2 calls, excluding recurring variants) accumulated in HAP1 clones during 3 months in culture: two MSH2 k.o. clones; two MLH1 k.o. clones; one wild-type clone; one MLH1 k.o. UV-irradiated clone; one MSH2 k.o. UV-irradiated clone; one wild-type UV-irradiated clone, and one MUTYH k.o. UV-irradiated clone. Cells were exposed to UVC at 5 J/m2 three times, with an interval of 72h following each irradiation.
本数据集收录了体外培养3个月的HAP1细胞克隆中积累的遗传变异(经Strelka2检测识别,已排除复发性变异),涉及的克隆包括:2株MSH2基因敲除克隆、2株MLH1基因敲除克隆、1株野生型克隆、1株经UVC照射的MLH1基因敲除克隆、1株经UVC照射的MSH2基因敲除克隆、1株经UVC照射的野生型克隆,以及1株经UVC照射的MUTYH基因敲除克隆。所有受试细胞均接受剂量为5 J/m²的UVC照射,共照射3次,每次照射后间隔72小时开展下一次照射。
