Whole genome sequencing of three Xenorhabdus strains

The goal of this study is to identify three Xeorhabdus strains by using whole genome sequencing. This has environmental relevance, as new Xenorhabdus-Steinernema mutualistic associations are being identified.

本研究旨在通过全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）技术，对3株致病杆菌属（Xeorhabdus）菌株进行鉴定。该研究具有环境学研究意义，因目前学界正陆续发现全新的致病杆菌属（Xenorhabdus）-斯氏线虫属（Steinernema）互利共生关联。
