本研究通过酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)、乙醇固定中性粒细胞经典间接免疫荧光试验(classical indirect immunofluorescence, IIF)以及多重CytoBead检测法,对受试患者与对照人群的抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies, ANCA)进行检测,共纳入118例ANCA相关血管炎患者、300例自身免疫及胃肠道疾病患者、49例感染性疾病患者,以及125名献血者(blood donors, BD)。* 注:pAIH即自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis);BD即献血者(blood donors);CD即克罗恩病(Crohn's disease);c/p ANCA即胞浆/核周型ANCA(cytoplasmic/perinuclear ANCA);GPA即肉芽肿性多血管炎(granulomatosis with polyangiitis);ID即感染性疾病(infectious diseases);MIA即微球免疫测定法(microbead immunoassay);MPA即显微镜下多血管炎(microscopic polyangiitis);N即例数(number);PSC即原发性硬化性胆管炎(primary sclerosing cholangitis);RA即类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis);UC即溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis)。本研究在单一反应体系中,采用经典分析与自动化多重分析技术,对抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)以及针对蛋白酶3(proteinase 3, PR3)和髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase, MPO)的ANCA进行检测。
