MABIOMET :

MABIOMET is a transportable and lightweight device capable of reliably and replicably quantifying the bioaccessibility of heavy metals and metalloids in the laboratory according to the Unified Bioaccessibility Method (UBM) and ISO17942. This study shows the feasibility and efficacy in its measurements at laboratory scale for the two stages of the bioaccessibility in vitro study ("gastric" and "gastrointestinal") in four phases .
