通过公司内部外贸销售记录，将不同的出口销售订单以各出口国来划分，从而计算各个出口国每个月的销量，再计算出12个月的销量的方差大小，方差大小用来评价各出口国的销量情况，从而用于评估所有企业的生产和销售策略，所有企业可以通过该数据了解冻半壳贻贝在不同出口国的销售行情，以平衡生产和销售量。其他行业也可以通过对该国销售评价情况，合理调整生产和销售。
数据采集：记录公司冻半壳贻贝外贸销售情况，并统计销售情况，根据出口国对销售量进行划分归类，从而将各年度每个月销售至不同出口国的销量，从一月至十二月依次用x1,x2...x12表示，并汇总计算得到各出口国当年的总销售量x，数据计算：计算各出口国的月平均销售量x̅=各出口国当年的总销售量x/12。根据方差公式计算方差s2={(x1-x̅)^2+(x2-x̅)^2+(x3-x̅)^2+…+(x12-x̅)^2}/12，从而得到各出口国的月销售量的方差s2大小。数据应用：当方差s2小于500评价该出口国为销量超平稳型。当方差s2大于等于500并且小于等于1000评价该出口国为销量一般平稳型。当方差s2大于1000评价该出口国为销量波动型。对于销量超平稳型，所有企业无需时时关注该国的行情，可每月保持好冻半壳贻贝的生产和销售数量；对于销量一般平稳型，所有企业需每季度关注该国的行情，适当调整冻半壳贻贝的生产和销售数量；而对于销量波动型，所有企业需每月时时关注该国行情，了解该国的销售行情变化，以适应大幅度调整冻半壳贻贝的生产和销售数量变化。

This dataset is developed using the company's internal foreign trade sales records. Different export sales orders are categorized by their destination exporting countries, to calculate the monthly sales volume for each country, then compute the variance of the 12-month sales volumes. The variance values are used to evaluate the sales performance of each exporting country, which supports the assessment of production and sales strategies for all enterprises. Enterprises can leverage this dataset to understand the sales trends of frozen half-shell mussels across different exporting countries, so as to balance their production and sales output. Enterprises in other industries can also adjust their own production and sales plans based on the sales evaluation results of target countries.
Data Collection: The foreign trade sales data of the company's frozen half-shell mussels are recorded and summarized. Sales volumes are grouped and classified according to the exporting countries. Specifically, the monthly sales volumes shipped to each exporting country in a calendar year are denoted as x₁, x₂, ..., x₁₂ in order from January to December, and the total annual sales volume x of each exporting country is obtained by summing up the 12 monthly sales figures. Data Calculation: First, calculate the monthly average sales volume x̅ for each exporting country as x̅ = total annual sales volume x / 12. Then, compute the variance s² of the monthly sales volumes of each exporting country using the standard population variance formula: s² = [(x₁ - x̅)² + (x₂ - x̅)² + (x₃ - x̅)² + … + (x₁₂ - x̅)²] / 12, where s² represents the variance of the monthly sales volumes of the target exporting country.
Data Application: Exporting countries are divided into three categories based on their calculated variance values: When the variance s² is less than 500, the exporting country is classified as having ultra-stable sales. When the variance s² is between 500 and 1000 (inclusive), the exporting country is classified as having generally stable sales. When the variance s² is greater than 1000, the exporting country is classified as having fluctuating sales. For ultra-stable sales type, enterprises do not need to closely monitor the market situation of this country, and can maintain a stable production and sales volume of frozen half-shell mussels on a monthly basis; For generally stable sales type, enterprises need to pay attention to the market situation of this country every quarter, and make appropriate adjustments to the production and sales volume of frozen half-shell mussels; For fluctuating sales type, enterprises need to closely monitor the market situation of this country every month to grasp changes in its sales trends, so as to make substantial adjustments to the production and sales volume of frozen half-shell mussels.
