Calculations were made according to the isotope mass balance equation: 100A=Bx+(100-x)C, where A is d13C-Corg of sediment; i' is d13C-Corg of microorganism biomass (-20.0 per mil); i¡ is d13C-Corg in suspended matter of the surface water layer ; x is percentage of newly formed Corg in total Corg content in the fluffy layer.本计算依据同位素质量平衡方程开展：100A = Bx + (100−x)C，其中： A为沉积物有机碳的δ¹³C（d13C-Corg）； i'为微生物生物量有机碳的δ¹³C（d13C-Corg），取值为-20.0‰； i¡为表层水体悬浮颗粒物中的有机碳δ¹³C（d13C-Corg）； x为絮状层总有机碳中新生有机碳所占的百分比。
