C. truncatum transcriptome assembly

The transcriptome assembly of Colletotrichum truncatum obtained through RNA-seq of 5 different developmental stages in vitro and in planta. The reads were assembled using Trinity in de novo and genome guided mode, and were refined using Program to Assemble Spliced Alignments (PASA).

本数据集为通过对体外及植体内5个不同发育阶段的样本开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）得到的截形炭疽菌（Colletotrichum truncatum）转录组组装结果。测序读段采用转录组组装工具Trinity，分别以从头组装（de novo）和基因组引导组装模式完成组装，并通过剪接比对组装程序（Program to Assemble Spliced Alignments, PASA）进行了优化校正。
