These files provide the data used to make the main text figures of 'Sub-picosecond Permittivity of Carbon Nitrides probed with Terahertz Spectroscopy: Revealing high Dielectric Response and Conductivity'. The fs-TAS data in the supporting information is contained in the origin project file 'THx-CNx-paper_fsTAS_data_published_2026-02 ZENODO v1.0.opju'. It includes all relevant aquired RAW data, and the respectively processed data (spectral deconvolution into 2 parts, accounting for charge and unrelaxed (excitonic) signal), as plotted in the supporting information.
