A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the mature rubber forest at Danzhou Station (2010, 2012-2016,2018-2020)

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the mature rubber forest at the Danzhou National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station for Tropical Agricultural Ecosystem in Hainan Province during 2010, 2012-2016, and 2018-2020. The raw observation data were collected at the mature rubber forest flux site in the station. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing spefications, the raw observation data were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).

本数据集涵盖海南省儋州热带农业生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站成熟橡胶林通量观测数据，观测时段为2010年、2012-2016年及2018-2020年。原始观测数据采集自该站内的成熟橡胶林通量观测场，依据中国通量观测研究网络（ChinaFLUX）数据处理规范进行标准化处理，最终生成包含生态系统碳、水通量及关键气象要素的标准化数据集。数据集的年度数据共包含8个Excel数据文件，分为两类：LITE类涵盖主要通量与气象变量数据，ALL类则在LITE类的基础上新增了数据质量与插值指标数据。每一类各包含4个数据文件，对应四种时间尺度：半小时（HH）、日（DD）、月（MM）以及年（YY）。
