DCE-MRI DRO Data (Daniel Barboriak)

This is the digital reference object (DRO) data created to validate software build to analyse DCE-MRI with the General Kinetic Model (GKM) or extended GKM (eGKM) as well as software for evaluating T1 mapping using the variable flip angle (VFA) method. The data has been produced for the Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance (QIBA) and was moved from the retired Quantitative Imaging Data Warehouse (QIDW). It can be used to evaluate software packages for their conformance to the quantitative DCE-MRI Profile 2.0 soon to be release.本数据集为数字参考对象（digital reference object, DRO）数据，旨在验证两类软件的构建：一类是采用通用动力学模型（General Kinetic Model, GKM）或扩展通用动力学模型（extended GKM, eGKM）分析动态对比增强磁共振成像（Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging, DCE-MRI）的软件，另一类是采用可变翻转角（variable flip angle, VFA）方法开展T1映射评估的软件。 本数据集由定量成像生物标志物联盟（Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance, QIBA）研发，并从已退役的定量成像数据仓库（Quantitative Imaging Data Warehouse, QIDW）迁移而来。 该数据集可用于评估软件包是否符合即将发布的定量DCE-MRI图谱2.0标准。
