DIETxPOSOME - Selection of potentially useful papers from literature mining and machine learning protocols

DIETxPOSOME database concerning literature selection of potentially useful papers retrieved from PubMed search API, concerning contaminants quantification in food items of worldwide highest supply and using FoodMine code (text matching filter) and machine learning (ML) protocols. A list of 2,442 papers that potentially contained relevant information, covering the period between 2000 and 2022, was compiled from an initial number of 1,932,345 papers.DIETxPOSOME数据库用于对通过PubMed搜索API（PubMed search API）检索得到的潜在有用文献开展筛选工作，该筛选聚焦于全球供应量最高的食品中污染物定量分析相关研究，并采用FoodMine代码（文本匹配过滤器，text matching filter）与机器学习（ML）流程完成处理。本数据集从初始的1,932,345篇文献中，筛选得到2,442篇潜在包含相关信息的文献，文献收录时间跨度为2000年至2022年。
