PSGL-1 N-terminal O-glycosylation

PSGL-1 O-glycopeptide analysis was performed with a focus on the N-terminal part fo the protein. The recombinant protein was treated with different proteases and exoglycosidases to increase glycopeptide coverage.本研究针对PSGL-1开展O-糖肽（O-glycopeptide）分析，研究重点为该蛋白的N端区域。将重组蛋白经不同蛋白酶（proteases）与外切糖苷酶（exoglycosidases）处理，以提升糖肽的覆盖度。
