<i>Supporting data for “PHOTOCHEMISTRY OF SELECTED BLEBBISTATIN DERIVATIVES AND ARYLPHOSPHIRANE DERIVATIVES”</i>

The thesis is about the study on the mechanisms of photochemistry of selected blebbistatin derivatives and arylphosphiranes, which have potential applications of drug delivery and organic synthesis respectively. The major technologies to reveal the mechanisms are transient spectroscopy and DFT calculation. The dataset includes the raw data of calculated spectra and transient absorption spectra in the thesis. These data provided the valid evidence of the mechanisms of the studied reactions. The files were named with the name of samples. The data can be transferred to figures and analysed by origin.本论文围绕若干选定的布雷他汀（blebbistatin）衍生物与芳基磷杂环丙烷（arylphosphiranes）的光化学机制展开研究，二者分别在药物递送与有机合成领域具备潜在应用价值。用于揭示该类反应机制的核心技术为瞬态光谱学与密度泛函理论（Density Functional Theory，DFT）计算。本数据集包含论文中收录的计算光谱与瞬态吸收光谱原始数据，可为所研究反应的光化学机制提供可靠佐证。数据文件以对应样品名称进行命名，可转换为可视化图表，亦可通过Origin软件开展分析处理。
