Complete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Job's Tears(Coix.L): Genome Structure, Comparative Analysis, and Phylogenetic Relationships. Coix lacryma-jobi var. puellarum strain:ZI000287

In order to give us more insights into the Coix evolution and wide cross utilization in breeding program, Here, five complete chloroplast genomes including C. puellarum Balansa, C. stenocarpa Balansa, C. chinensis var. formosana(Ohwi)L. Liu., C . lacryma-jobi var. maxima Makino and C. chinensis var. chinesis Tod. species (varieties) of Coix L. genus we reported, and the genome structure, comparative analysis and phylogenetic relationships were investigated as well.

为深入解析薏苡属（Coix L.）的演化机制及其在育种项目中的广泛交叉应用，本研究报道了该属下5个物种（变种）的完整叶绿体基因组（chloroplast genome），分别为川谷（C. puellarum Balansa）、窄果薏苡（C. stenocarpa Balansa）、台湾薏苡（C. chinensis var. formosana(Ohwi)L. Liu.）、大粒薏苡（C. lacryma-jobi var. maxima Makino）以及中华薏苡（C. chinensis var. chinensis Tod.）；同时对这些基因组的结构特征、比较分析结果与系统发育关系开展了研究。
