Actinidia eriantha Transcriptome or Gene expression

In this study, we sequenced a fruit transcriptome from A. eriantha to first identify and characterize all unigenes present in the developing fruit. Second, we developed SSR markers and tested the transferability of the developed EST-SSRs to other related diploid species. Lastly, we proved the usability of these markers by analyzing genetic diversity and structure of seven wild populations of A. eriantha.

本研究首先对毛花猕猴桃（A. eriantha）的果实转录组进行测序，以鉴定并表征果实发育过程中存在的全部单基因簇（unigene）。其次，本研究开发了简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat, SSR）标记，并验证了所获得的表达序列标签-简单序列重复（EST-SSRs）标记在其他相关二倍体物种中的跨物种通用性。最后，本研究通过分析7个毛花猕猴桃野生种群的遗传多样性与遗传结构，证实了上述标记的实用性。
