Comparison of two sampling methods of detection of bacterial contamination in the hospital environment: moistened swabs versus RODAC agar plate

This study aimed to investigate the efficiency of two different sampling methods (swabbing, and RODAC (replicate organism detection and counting) agar plate) in terms of detection of bacterial contamination, and their suitability as monitoring methods for partition curtains and other medical textiles.本研究旨在探究两种不同采样方法（拭子采样法与RODAC（Replicate Organism Detection and Counting，菌落复制检测计数）琼脂平板法）在细菌污染检测方面的效能，以及二者作为分隔帘及其他医用纺织品监测方法的适用性。
