Human astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, and microglia from the brain with labels in a SingleCellExperiment object. These data can be used as a reference set for training cell-type annotation classifiers. These cells have been subsetted from data from the following study (Allen Brain Atlas): <br> Bakken, T., Jorstad, N., Hu, Q., Lake, B., Tian, W., Kalmbach, B., ... & Lein, E. (2020). Evolution of cellular diversity in primary motor cortex of human, marmoset monkey, and mouse. <em>BioRxiv</em>.
本数据集包含来自人脑的人源星形胶质细胞（astrocytes）、少突胶质细胞（oligodendrocytes）与小胶质细胞（microglia），所有细胞均带有标注信息并存储于SingleCellExperiment对象中。
该数据集可作为训练细胞类型注释分类器的参考数据集。
本数据集的细胞均从下述研究（艾伦脑图谱（Allen Brain Atlas））的原始数据中子集化提取而来：
