水产品中的镉通过各种途径传递到食物链,危害人体健康。镉会引起胃脏功能失调,干扰人体和生物体内锌的酶系统,导致高血压症上升。其对人体组织和器官的毒害是多方面的,治疗也极为困难。本数据可以对水产品中的镉含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因镉含量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)水产品中的镉含量监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)水产品中的镉含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)水产品中的镉含量问题发现率=水产品中的镉含量检出问题项次数/水产品中的镉含量监测总数*100%。
Cadmium in aquatic products enters the food chain through various pathways and poses risks to human health. It can cause gastrointestinal disorders, interfere with zinc-containing enzyme systems in humans and living organisms, and increase the incidence of hypertension. Its toxic impacts on human tissues and organs are multi-faceted, and treatment of cadmium poisoning is extremely difficult. This dataset can be used to conduct safety assessments of cadmium content in aquatic products, providing a scientific basis for government regulatory departments to prevent food safety issues arising from the use of aquatic products with excessive cadmium content, thereby further protecting consumers' food safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample ID, quantity of tests, sample name, detection item, detection method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit of measurement. 2. Data Processing: (1) Standard compliance judgment: Reported values marked as "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit are classified as non-excessive; otherwise, they are classified as excessive. The IF and OR logical functions are specifically utilized for this classification. (2) Total monitoring count of cadmium content in aquatic products: The total number of tests within the data statistics scope. (3) Number of detected non-compliant items for cadmium content in aquatic products: Sum the number of tests that exceed the standard value using the SUMIF function. (4) Non-compliance detection rate of cadmium content in aquatic products = (Number of detected non-compliant items / Total number of monitoring tests) × 100%.
