Transcriptome analysis the iPSC-RPE cells, iRPE cells, hUCMSCs and ARPE19

We aim to explore the types and expression of RNA in iPSC-RPE cells, iRPE cells, hUCMSCs and ARPE19. Overall design: Two iPSC-RPE cells, two induced RPE cells (iRPE) from hUCMSCs, two hUCMSCs, two ARPE19, were analyzed with RNA sequencing.

本研究旨在探究诱导多能干细胞源性视网膜色素上皮（iPSC-RPE）细胞、诱导型视网膜色素上皮（iRPE）细胞、人类脐带间充质干细胞（hUCMSCs）以及ARPE19细胞系中的RNA类型及其表达特征。整体实验设计：选取2株iPSC-RPE细胞、2株源自hUCMSCs的iRPE细胞、2株hUCMSCs以及2株ARPE19细胞，进行RNA测序分析。
