行政区划基础信息数据包含：市级行政区划1个；乡、镇、街道级行政区划10个；社区、行政村级别行政区划263个；社管网格474个；党支部网格119个；数据格式为结构化数据；覆盖时间为2022年7月至2024年4月。
行政区划数据是老河口市城运中心在民政局2022年7月行政区划数据的基础上，为了管理需要根据社管网格进一步优化了城区25个社区部分行政边界。城运中心组织专班到社区对接网格员，利用0.2米分辨率影像图对各社区的边界进行调整，解决民政局行政区划边界重叠、边界穿院落、房屋、道路等问题；并且在优化的社区边界基础上增加474个社管网格与119个党支部网格。

The basic administrative division dataset includes: 1 municipal-level administrative division, 10 township-, town- and subdistrict-level administrative divisions, 263 community and administrative village-level administrative divisions, 474 social management grids, and 119 Party branch grids. The data is structured, with a temporal coverage from July 2022 to April 2024. This administrative division dataset was developed by the Urban Operation and Management Center of Laohekou City, based on the administrative division data released by the Laohekou Civil Affairs Bureau in July 2022. To support daily management operations, the center further optimized the partial administrative boundaries of 25 urban communities in accordance with social management grid requirements. The center organized a special task force to coordinate with community grid staff, and adjusted the boundaries of each community using 0.2-meter resolution satellite imagery, resolving issues including overlapping administrative boundaries, boundaries traversing courtyards, buildings and roads identified in the Civil Affairs Bureau's original dataset. Furthermore, 474 social management grids and 119 Party branch grids were added on the basis of the optimized community boundaries.
