dKDM4A is a Drosophila H3 K9/K36 me2/me3 demethylase, which has been disrupted here by P-element insertion. We compare whole-genome ChIP-chip in mutant and WT to look for target genes of dKDM4A. Two samples, WT and dkDM4A mutant. 2 biological replicates each. 2 arrays.
dKDM4A是果蝇(Drosophila)的H3 K9/K36二甲基化/三甲基化去甲基化酶,本研究通过P因子(P-element)插入使其功能失活。我们对突变体与野生型(WT,Wild Type)样本开展全基因组ChIP-chip(染色质免疫沉淀芯片,Chromatin Immunoprecipitation on chip)分析并进行对比,以鉴定dKDM4A的靶基因。本次实验共设置两组样本:野生型与dKDM4A突变体,每组均包含2次生物学重复,共计使用2张芯片。
