In this study, marble powder was evaluated as a cheap, easy to prepare and efficient green sorbent for miniaturized solid phase extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and determination by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. Under the optimized experimental conditions, wide linear dynamic ranges were achieved in the range of 0.1–200 μg L<sup>−1</sup>, with correlation coefficient higher than 0.996. The limits of detection and quantification for target analytes could reach 16.3–120.2 and 54.3–398 ng L<sup>−1</sup>, respectively. The method precision based on obtained RSD values in the range of 4.9–7.9% (n = 8) was very satisfactory.
本研究将大理石粉作为一种廉价、易制备且高效的绿色吸附剂,用于多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)的微型化固相萃取,并结合高效液相色谱-紫外检测法进行定量测定。在优化后的实验条件下,该方法的线性动态范围可达0.1~200 μg·L⁻¹,相关系数高于0.996。目标分析物的检出限与定量限分别为16.3~120.2 ng·L⁻¹和54.3~398 ng·L⁻¹。基于测得的相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation, RSD)值(n=8),该方法的精密度介于4.9%~7.9%之间,表现十分优异。
