arf3-29 RNA-seq data

Approximately 20 inflorescences containing stage 1-9 anthers from the Ler and arf3-29 plants were collected and immediately frozen in the liquid nitrogen, respectively. Total RNA from each sample was extracted and purified using the ZR plant RNA Mini prep kit (Zymo Research, USA). Total RNA of each sample was used for deep sequencing by an Illumina Hi seq 2000 system (Illumina USA).

分别采集Ler与arf3-29植株上带有1-9期花药的花序各约20个，样本采集后即刻置于液氮中速冻。采用ZR plant RNA Mini prep kit（美国Zymo Research公司）对每份样本的总RNA进行提取与纯化。随后使用Illumina HiSeq 2000测序系统（美国Illumina公司）对所有样本的总RNA进行深度测序。
