Although AI crafting appears to be a proactive behavior, it is often triggered by external pressure from employees’ perception of AI rather than internal drive. Based on conservation of resources theory, we explore the process of how hotel employees’ AI awareness results in the decrease of their AI crafting through work engagement with two studies: a survey and an interview.
尽管人工智能工作塑造(AI crafting)看似属于主动行为,但此类行为往往由员工对人工智能的感知所带来的外部压力触发,而非源于个体内在驱动力。本研究基于资源保存理论(Conservation of Resources Theory),通过问卷调查与访谈两项研究,探讨酒店员工的人工智能感知如何通过工作投入(work engagement)路径,进而导致其人工智能工作塑造行为水平下降的作用机制。
