Raw reads of DNA from V. coralliilyticus Vic-Oc-068 's extracellular vesicles

Raw reads fromDNA obtained from extracellular vesicles of V. coralliilyticus Vic-Oc-068 (20%,25% and 30% OptiPrep gradients). The culture of V. coralliilyticus was centrifugated at 6000 G, and the supernatant was filtrated by 0.2 um and then concentrated to a final volume of 200 ul. The concentrated was then DNAsa treated. DNA from vesicles was extracted using Qiamp Min Elute Virus Spin kit. To obtain a metagenomic library (Illumina DNA Prep kit), multiple displacement amplification (MDA) was performed. The library was then sequenced on a HiSeq platform (2x150) bp.本数据集的测序原始读段（Raw reads）源自溶珊瑚弧菌（Vibrio coralliilyticus）Vic-Oc-068的细胞外囊泡，该样本经20%、25%及30%的OptiPrep密度梯度处理。具体实验流程如下：将溶珊瑚弧菌的培养物以6000 G离心，取上清液经0.2 μm滤膜过滤后浓缩至终体积200 μL；所得浓缩液经脱氧核糖核酸酶（DNase）处理；采用QIAamp MinElute Virus Spin试剂盒提取囊泡DNA；为构建宏基因组文库（采用Illumina DNA Prep试剂盒），开展了多重置换扩增（MDA）；最终将该文库在HiSeq平台上进行2×150 bp双端测序。
