We investigated the endophytic bacterial community compositions in halophyte Salicornia europaea samples collected from Xinjiang in China by using a high resolution bar-coded pyrosequencing technique. The objectives of this study were 1) to reveal the bacterial community compositions in halophyte Salicornia europaea; 2) to determine which factors are dominating predict the distribution of bacterial community structures; and 3) to compare the difference/similarity of bacterial communities among growth period in two site.
本研究借助高分辨率条形码焦磷酸测序技术,对采集自中国新疆的盐生植物盐角草(Salicornia europaea)样本中的内生细菌群落组成展开探究。本研究的核心目标包括:1)阐明盐生植物盐角草内生细菌的群落组成特征;2)明确主导细菌群落结构分布的关键影响因子;3)对比两个采样点不同生长时期下细菌群落的差异与相似性。
