We assembled the first-reported three complete Broussonetia mitochondrial genomes (mitogenome) based on a hybrid strategy using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing data, and perform comprehensive comparisons in terms of their structure, gene content, synteny, intercellular gene transfer, phylogeny, and RNA editing.

本研究采用Illumina与牛津纳米孔（Oxford Nanopore）测序数据结合的混合组装策略，组装获得了3个构属（Broussonetia）完整线粒体基因组（mitogenome），此为该属线粒体基因组的首次报道，并从基因组结构、基因组成、共线性（synteny）、细胞间基因转移、系统发育以及RNA编辑等维度开展了全面比较分析。
