本研究发现了一种针对微卫星不稳定性(Microsatellite Instability, MSI)的独特生物标志物,该标志物是细胞对沃纳综合征ATP依赖解旋酶(Werner syndrome ATP-dependent helicase, WRN)产生合成致死依赖的分子基础,从而为基于WRN的治疗药物开发提供了理论支撑。同时,本研究在MSI与微卫星稳定(Microsatellite Stable, MSS)细胞中设置不同实验条件开展了PacBio连续长读长(Continuous Long Read, CLR)测序,以在全基因组范围内检测TA二核苷酸重复序列的扩增与缺失事件。
