LFI-Leuko

LFI-Leuko is a clinical dataset developed for object detection research on gynecological microscopic images. To our knowledge, this is the first publicly available Fluorescent Immunoassay Microscopy (FIM) dataset for automated leukorrhea testing. The dataset consists of de‑identified clinical microscopic images covering 12 clinically significant categories, including epithelial cells, bacteria and fungi. All annotations were validated and finalized by senior pathologists following a double‑blind cross‑validation protocol. Annotations are supplied in YOLO format and compatible with mainstream object detection frameworks such as YOLOv8n. The dataset is divided into three compressed packages according to morphological characteristics and object scale of targets: HyphaeDataset.zip, LargeSizeTargetDataset.zip and SmallSizeTargetDataset.zip.
