Genome sequencing of bacteria isolated from patients with severe infectious diseases

Whole genome sequencing of bacteria isolated from severe infectious disease patients was performed. Finally, the sequencing results were assembled and annotated, to reveal the species of bacteria.

已完成从重症感染患者体内分离得到的细菌的全基因组测序（Whole genome sequencing）。最终，对所得测序结果进行组装与注释，以明确所分离细菌的物种。
