In this study, we explored the antifungal capability of linalool, a natural plant volatile organic component, against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici (Forl) and its role in controlling FCRR symptoms in tomatoes. Transcriptomic analyses demonstrated that linalool also downregulated metabolic biosynthetic pathways at the transcript levels, including redox, transporter activity, and carbohydrate metabolism in Forl.
本研究探究了天然植物挥发性有机组分芳樟醇(linalool)对尖孢镰刀菌番茄根腐专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici,简称Forl)的抗真菌活性,及其在调控番茄镰刀菌冠根腐病(FCRR)症状中的作用。转录组分析结果显示,芳樟醇还可在转录水平下调Forl体内的氧化还原、转运活性及碳水化合物代谢等代谢生物合成通路。
